Evangelos Marinakis And Co
Looks like a good night for Oly. 3-0 up and currently qualifying automatically for the last 16 of the Europa League. Biancone scored the third goal too!

I'd certainly welcome it. Greater influence in the area around Trent Bridge and the grounds. Could be fun!

There was talk last year that he was interested in Trent Rockets.

He is keen to expand his empire.

Not directly connected to EM, however it was suggested that he might be interested in investing in the Trent Rockets Hundred franchise.

But Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has now bought a 49% stake in it.

‘Nottingham Forest's shareholder Sokratis Kominakis no longer a director of the club, as of today, according to Companies House filing.‘

Interesting. Heard anything about this Sniffer? EM bought the shares?

Any update on why this change has occurred?

When EM took over the Club the number of shares in circulation was around 1.7Bn; Kominakis "owned" 354m of those shares, around 20% of the club.

Since then, EM has converted the Clubs debt to equity by issuing new shares - the number of new shares issued is in the region of 53Bn.

This has diluted the value of shares held by Kominakis, to something in the region of 5 - 6%.

I would assume that Kominakis was nothing more than a placeholder for EM, acting as insurance if anything arose which threatened his fit and proper accreditation.

Those threats have now dissipated so there will be no need for him.
