Next in the whole PSR saga is the result of Everton's appeal - no fixed date but probably sometime next week.

Do we think they have a good case? I've not read up on Everton's breaches so no idea if it's it's deserved or if they really are being hard done to

By all accounts we have a good chance but also a good chance this could get messy with court proceedings to follow. The way I see it there's a definite gap on how the ""small teams"" are treated to how the big 5 or 6 clubs are being treated and it definitely stinks somewhere.

Honestly hard to tell. We don’t have all the info and I don’t believe write-ups in the media - they often have an agenda.

I read a write-up on Everton’s case but then someone saying it was misleading and they were actually quoting the accounts and why (from one of their own fans). The athletic articles are generally positive on the club, probably because it keeps them sweet with club sources and I’m sure their fans would like to be told they’ve been unfairly treated to feed their victim mentality.

However it plays out I hope we never go down the road of holding yellow cards up like they do at Goodison. Embarrassing IMHO.

The prize money for winning the 4th round (Bristol) is £120k.
(An additional £225k if we beat MU).

Add in the matchday takings - all helps P&S
Everyone is entitled to my opinion - COYR  :)

And bigger picture, sharing a stage with and hopefully beating the likes of Man Utd helps raise the club's profile. Just got to hope we don't pick up injuries to key players that affects our league position - over £2million per league position in prize money.

It’s now 3.1m per league position.
Last season we earned 118m in TV rights

Nobody will know until the details of the hearing have taken place.

I'm sure I read somewhere (I might be wrong) that when we submitted our accounts we had 47m loss. However that includes things that don't count for P&S (Academy, Women's team, infrastructure, etc), so we can only guess the amount.

Everton should know their fate today regards the initial 10 pts deduction, should be of interest to all Forest fans!

PL in a mess on all this, most points back for the initial Everton offence plus large fine, then large fine and suspended points deduction for both of us this time around gets PL off the hook.
