RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 14-01-2024 Agreed SM and Jack. I think if the worst case scenario happens then 99% on here will be understanding and supportive. Just the usual suspects like Widdow and Psychostooge will no doubt be piping up just like they always do at the first sign of any trouble (very rarely see them when things are going well) but we can live with that. RE: NFFC Financial Talk - JollyLolly - 14-01-2024 Nothing is happening this week just an FA replay and possible 6 pointer next Saturday RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Username - 14-01-2024 (14-01-2024, 10:49 AM)Jacksbadhobbits Wrote:(14-01-2024, 10:41 AM)Salvatore Matrecano Wrote:(14-01-2024, 09:16 AM)Sniffer Dog (Admin) Wrote:(12-01-2024, 02:58 PM)Salvatore Matrecano Wrote: Should we be found in breach I hope the club and we as fans accept the decision and take it in good grace. I don’t want to see pathetic protests and holding Premier League Corrupt placards. Lots of generalisations there. I think there will be some kick back if this takes us back to the Championship and rightly so. RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 14-01-2024 So you think it would be right to attack the owner? Is that what you are saying? RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Salvatore Matrecano - 14-01-2024 Worst case scenario I agree that will happen from some people. What I mean is we are on board with the owners decisions to try to keep us in the PL. should we relegated it would be fair to say the strategy failed but so have many other clubs strategies to establish themselves. What would be unacceptable and hopefully won’t happen is if the path we have taken risks the long term financial future of the club. RE: NFFC Financial Talk - The reds - 14-01-2024 So Hopefully we are fine and can move on from this, and start improving the squad in a more sensible way RE: NFFC Financial Talk - RyanR - 14-01-2024 (14-01-2024, 11:02 AM)JollyLolly Wrote: Nothing is happening this week just an FA replay and possible 6 pointer next Saturday I disagree. Today’s date has been well-publicised and clubs are going to have to start strengthening sooner rather than later because we’re almost halfway through the January window. We might not get a club statement yet depending on the outcome, but I’d expect some journalist reports RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Cornish forest - 14-01-2024 (14-01-2024, 11:09 AM)Sniffer Dog (Admin) Wrote: So you think it would be right to attack the owner? It’s not right to ‘attack’ anyone, but if we are relegated by this then I think it’s only right that questions are asked regarding the professionalism to which we are run ? We may well have all been on board with the signings , but it was with the provision we knew what we were doing and we’re not falling foul of anything. Let’s see what happens first, if the rules we fall foul of are not fit for purpose and are being rewritten, then maybe that will be reflected in the level of punishment. Is that just a personal feeling, Sniffer, or have you been reassured? RE: NFFC Financial Talk - PsychoStooge - 14-01-2024 (14-01-2024, 10:51 AM)Sniffer Dog (Admin) Wrote: Agreed SM and Jack. I still think I've been fair in everything I've said regarding the ownership, I'm not overly critical but I believe they can do much better, why is that a bad thing? For what it's worth I heard a few days ago that we are going to be punished with a points deduction but I guess we'll see tomorrow. No one gets a points deduction in January so I’m not sure how you’ve been told that?
