I agree. Much of muchness . Sick of this crap.
The style of play is dreaful
People get too caught up in new signings thinking they’re gonna be amazing because of highlights they’ve seen on Quest or YouTube...or two performances against us.
You’ve got to question the quality of scouting going on.
I think Randall should go personally. He’s overseeing all of this.

I really don't think it is fair to judge any of the new signing - it is inevitable that if you sign 12 newbies, some will be dud but at this stage to rule them out or label them world beaters is premature.
The truth is that to solve the problem we have will take more than just throwing more new signings into the mix.

The curse of the Derby derby. I can't think of a single instance of a ball/ref/chance falling for us since. To the extent that I was laughing in disbelief at the fates tonight.
Every contentious decision went with 'Udders, almost every loose ricochet fell their way. The two centre halfs were a revelation but we looked like a team getting to know each other and we were done by one moment. None of our central three have played with each other before today. It's obvious now why we needed another left back.
From where I was sitting we were a vast improvement on recent despairing efforts. Yet we need to rip it all up and start again? I saw an inevitable lack of cohesion and an inhibition rooted in safeguarding, not a group of players lacking coaching or belief in their manager. It has been a crushing few months but at what point did we metamorphise into a bunch of hysterics?

He is the CEO, he has overall responsibility for the performance of the business.
There are plenty of examples where the recruitment and scouting is failing on some of its most basic principles.
Example 1: Bong - a player who was told he could leave in August having played barely one full game
Example 2: Diakarby - a player who can barely claim to be a player
The Club is wasting Mr Marinakis investment on terrible signings and average players.

Of course some will be dud’s when you sign quantity over quality.

I think this is harsh.
Certainly the lad from malmo and the Spanish chap look odd considering they aren't even making the bench but most would have been happy.
Arter and colback have shown they are very good players.
Taylor for Charlton caused us no end of problems when he played against us
Freeman was one of the best attacking players in the league for QPR a couple of seasons ago
Christie is an experienced full back
They should make our first team better. They are not.
Why not?
Because the way they are being asked to play has become so negative, so Conservative that we make even a good player look average.
Grabban, Lolley, Figs - all look average at best.
Nobody looks good in this team.
I don’t think that Arter, Colback or (particularly) Taylor will make us much better. The improvement, if any, will be negligible.
We needed to replace Watson, who was poor since the restart so the bar was low, but we have probably gone like for like with Colback in reality.
A Fulham fan I know doesn’t rate Arter. I thought he was ok today but what did he do that was notable?
Grabban will score goals. Dropping him for Taylor will only have a negative effect.
Surely like for like for Watson would be good as Watson was good.
Grabban deserved to be dropped, he's strike rate is pretty poor and he was missing too many chances. Personally would've liked to see both start.
Judging players on one game is silly, these are proven players at this level filling gaps that everyone has wanted to be filled

Diakhaby came closer to scoring than any of our players did. Obviously being shite meant he fluffed his 1 on 1 chance but how many times did our players get 1 on 1 today or this season.

Watson has not been good since February mate.
Re Grabban: you persevere with good strikers and give them proper service. The way we are setup is failing him. I guarantee that dropping him will not have a positive effect for him or the club.
The only player I’m judging on one game is Soh as I’ve never seen him play before. The rest I have seen play, plenty more than once.

We've had probably our best window that I can remember on paper at least, why are people laying into scouting and recruitment?!
