Your Thoughts On The Current Nottingham Forest Manager
Preston had a bad run, didn't panic and stuck with their manager and they have come out the other side.

Swansea went on a bad run, stuck with their manager and have come out the other side.

Fulham had a bad run, stuck with their manager and have come out the other side.

Forest are having a bad run, should stick with their manager and they will come out the other side.

^ This.

Lets hold our nerve for once and ride this storm out and stick with Sabri.

I’d just ask the 2 blokes sat immediately behind me yesterday who want him out & described him as a ‘one trick pony’ learn to have a little patience & keep their opinions to themselves.

It’s irrelevant what the fans think though?

If the boss is unhappy he’s gone regardless of what progress has been made.

We create far too little. Does this system work? Was sacked at rennes with a similar run

I don't  want him sacked. Poor eecuitment in the summer has failed him.  You need a good squad in the busy Xmas period and we don't have one.

Well said Sniff.

Questionable whether we have the backbone to do it though.

I disagree with this, I think they're much less likely to sack him if the fans stay positive (I'm aware that didn't work with karanka but that was much more personal)

Lamouchi is much more of a company man and so far as we know has said and done the right things. Hopefully he gets the whole year and people should remember we have got an extra game v reading to play too, so could easily have another 3 points.

I hope you’re right but it feels naive to me.

Us Forest fans are all just too battle weary. We know we sack the manager at Christmas, its what we do.

Lose at Hull (which we will) and he will be seriously under pressure.
This side isn’t top six - we have a top six keeper right back and centre forward and that’s about it. We need reinforcements.

Currently 'none' of our team or squad are top 6 material.  9th.

The Coach will be under deep, deep trouble if Forest continue this run over Christmas.  You know, lots of previous Forest 'Managers' hadn't the complete toolset to do the job.  MoN in particular.

Yet these 'excuses' didn't save any of them.  And the recent run of form has the feel of 'losing the plot' or 'the sinking ship.'  Forest have won 1 in 7.  2 points from 5 matches.  The one thing in his favour is that the players are still playing for him.  And the fanbase aren't calling for his head.  Yet.  The current run isn't great and the football doesn't seem scintillating.  Solid and direct?  'Solid?'  Well.  The former tight ship has started leaking goals.  And if you go two down or more in the 1st half in matches you're not going to win football matches.

Can't defend can't score are worrying signs of a ship adrift.

Sow being back is a plus.  And it seemed to help.  He was a big part of Forest going Top 6.  Getting Rib' back would help massively.  Drafting in the physical prowess of Benno might freshen up the CHs.

The target for Aitor was rumoured to be Top 6 by January.  That's the target?  9 days to get back in the top 6 and to get a couple of good results.

Forest need a win to get back in the top 6 or he's probably going.

Personally, I'd rather Aitor, MoN or 'The Coach' to have had successive transfer windows to actually build something.  But that didn't turn out to be the case.  Aitor got about a year.  MoN a trivial amount of time to win promotion after Aitor lost the plot.

Again. The teams above Forest, the ones really setting the pace? WBA. Leeds. Preston. Fulham. Either come from advantaged positions of recently being in the Premier or have been run right for longer...or both.

Forest still seem to be clambering up cargo net of catch up and getting tangled in it.

That is true ^. I have been out for dinner today in Athens. Thin ice was what I was told. Come on Sabri, turn it around lad.
