I think Aitor is the right fit for Nottingham Forest at the present time, I am sure he'll be well backed by the owners this summer and I fully expect him to have us challenging at the top end of the table next season. No pressure then. COYR.

All about what we sign over the summer, let's hope we get some decent players in and some crap out.

Its a big season for us. It all looks positive. Just hope he can get his first choice targets this summer.

I think he is just what is needed at this moment in time. A real manager.

hypothetically, if we were to spend 20mill.
it wont be long going if he tries to sign colback, tomlin, pants in goal and a forward. some suggesting soudani is done deal for 2.5mill

Maybe I am going to be the only one being negative here (not the first time :-D )... still too early to judge AK. We had managers in the past that started their stay with us even better then he did, and eventually resulted in failures. So lets wait at least another season before we comment...if we manage to get promoted (so doing what at least half a dozen before him failed), then the barometer will start climbing ... but what he achieved (did he achieved anything yet by the way?) to date ... is just average ... allot of nice talk and what the fans want to hear ...its the end product that matters ...
Lets ask this question in a year time...

Fair enough Malta, nothing wrong with a bit of caution mate. For some reason though I just have a real good feel factor, I haven't felt it in years but like you say, it's based on nothing really but it feels good anyway.

Spot on NG3. Karanka will be backed with all the tools that he needs but once he has all those tools at his disposal then he has to deliver.

First time poster, loving the forum. I like Karanka, I like his attitude and his no nonsense approach to players. The feeling around the club is the most positive I have known for a good few seasons. I really think we are finally on the way to having a cracking season, I can't wait for August!
