Paddy Power have us at 25/1 which is madness

I’d looked at Betfair, we were 25/1 there too. Hopefully they’re wrong!

I think our odds will start tumbling now we are active in the transfer market. Pile in, NOW. (if you like a flutter).

Looks like its an austerity window for us this year.

We have money to spend. Soudani, Vellios, Murphy and Cummings all gone or going. That leaves us with Grabban who I think it is fair to say may have a fitness issue hanging over him and Ansarifard who may yet leave the club also.

What have you heard about Cummings?

Some Olympiakos fans are pissed off. They have been convinced all week that Semedo was going to sign for them.

I hope Soudani does well for them, the more the crossing of players and staff the more reasons for at least one set of fans to feel like the unflavoured child!

UK Meds announced as training wear and back-of-shirt sponsor. I'm glad we've finally done this - don't care if it looks a bit naff, it's all more income to the club.

Widdow - Was this who you meant as sponsor before? I remember you mentioned a medical company.

YEs it was UK Meds, at one point they were going to be the main sponsor, sure Football Direct blew them out the water.

Also thought they may end up as back of shirt sponsors, as when Football Index came on they made a big thing of "front of shirt" sponsors. In past companies paid more to be only sponsor on the shirt.

Not sure what happened to INC

Inc are sponsoring someone else now, can't remember who, but I definitely saw their logo on another team's shirt recently.

Just realised are back of shirt sponsors as well as training Kit. Big deal for a growing Nottingham based company. Shows how long it takes for deals to be announced!

The under 23's will be hosting Port Vale today as part of Vale's pre season warm ups.

Vale are also hoping to look at some of our youngsters with the view to loaning them for the season.

It's great that we can offer opportunities like this to lower league sides, and enhances our reputation as a club.

UK Meds .. just checked out some specific stuff on their website, well, i'd say they look a good company and the sponsorship could really work for them and for maybe the first time the players and anyone who wears or displays the companies logo are actually ambassadors for something meaningful, i'm involved in healthcare and quite impressed with this, having said that i really liked the Labbatts back in the day, looked classy, i'm not totally convinced with the kit design, a bit fiddly but when we are 20 mins in and 5.0 up it looks awesome, have we got rid of the awful away kit?

Anyone know what happened to the 6 backroom staff that were supposed to be appointed with Lamouchi?
