Not his fault the Club entered into a commitment.

Maybe but Ward probably kept us in the Championship a couple of years ago, he was literally the only player putting a shift in a times. God knows where we would be or what owners we would have had we been relegated. For that season he repaid his 4 year contract.

West Brom also lost Barnes, arguably their best player so far this season, they had to do something.

I’d wager Hefele doesn’t don the Garibaldi Red again.
And Daws won’t feature much either.

Ironic that we got rid of Eric...and had to replace him later on with Janko.

I liked Eric. We were supposed to be moving on beyond Eric. Ironic that Hull are just about where we are.

There's an argument for having Eric's fire in his belly on the right and Jack's feistiness on the left. At least Eric had heart, bottle and a bit of fight.

Strange how we could have done with Eric at times, Worrall too...and they were both 'let go...' (and I'm sure those two outward moves are connected...)

When we've moaned about the lack of winger...I'm surprised we didn't try Dar' on the right wing ahead of Eric at RB. Dar' has good pace, athleticism and seems to be able to get in the box and get a shot off.

SA.
