Great news! I suppose though now it’s a case of how quickly the conditions can be addressed. Or does this mean we can actually now make a start on the works but have to have the conditions resolved before we can use the extra capacity?

A friend of mine in the shipping industry reckons Marinakis is making so much money out of his tanker business, the stadium is small change.

Still a way to go yet but it seems actual officers want it to happen so the agreements should go ahead with political interference moving forward.
