For all things have generally got better on the pitch it does seem like off the pitch is in an almost constant state of flux.

I don't imagine all the chopping and changing will be helping the redevelopment progress either.

How exactly are we stable on the pitch either? 4 managers, 13 new players and 3 loans just this season.
