Why is this always happing at our club? every season the same, we need stability at senior managerment level as this impacts down to the playing side. Does EM have to much say in all matters and not allow others to do their jobs?

For all things have generally got better on the pitch it does seem like off the pitch is in an almost constant state of flux.

I don't imagine all the chopping and changing will be helping the redevelopment progress either.
