If i was this fella I'd be going all out trying to convince Dougie Freedman and Glasner to come here with the promise of full control and a long term commitment.

Vitor done a wonderful job but his cv smacks of short term firefighter.

A quick Google search suggests otherwise

John texter hiring glasner was one of the things that came out of the Europa league debacle last summer, which seemed to suggest he had influence.

He had previously tried to appoint him at Lyon and made the recommendation palace appointed him.

I mean hes a firefighter with 4 more major trophies than glasner and got porto to the last 16 of the champions league, sometimes a club just fits a manager, we seem to do well with portuguese gaffers, and glasner seems to spit his dummy as much as nuno, dont think him and evangelos would get on well tbh
