Such an outstanding day by the lads! Still can't believe what i saw. Fantastic!
Fingers crossed for Morgan for Thursday. I'm more confident than ever that we can cope with injuries to any of our players but he truly deserves to lead us out at villa Park!

I'm also worryingly confident about Thursday right now. We're just playing so well it's difficult not to get excited.

I'm not confident. I'm never confident. Every time I get like that I find reality has a smashing way of returning with a crash. Every time I think something is going our way I will remind myself of Yeovil, of stoke, of Norwich etc.
You can imagine that I'm a real fun guy to hang out with

Yeah I get it, I was screaming at the commentators earlier for suggesting it was merely a consolation when Chelsea scored!

Yep that's me too , every time i have some degree of smugness i always seem to get brought down a peg or two so i prefer to go on the pessimistic side just in case . COYR !

Genuinely looking forward to Thursday now, Emerys mind games didn't pay off and they could still well beat us but we have given our selves the best chance whilst pretty much securing the bigger prize. Well done Forest.

So pleased for Taiwo. Seems like a great lad. Bit harsh being asked about thursday night when he was left out of the Europa squad. I would really like to know what really happened with the lad. He had a life threatening injury and then came back in pre-season but wasn't given a chance. He works well with certain players and Jesus is clearly a number 10. Sure, Taiwo has the first touch of a rapist (strangely not yesterday),, which makes him unpredictable and therefore dangerous but he really is a powerful player. Something we don't have. Shame, but he has earned his transfer to another club but I still see him as useful.
I doubt he will get a reprieve but I would use him but he will probably end up at Sunderland or one of the promoted clubs. i guess if he can stay healthy he would be a 15 goal a season player.
Anyway, yesterday was mint.

Delighted for T and his post match interviews show he's a humble guy. I know he's often chaos but when he hits a groove he's actually decent, that first goal was a great header.

He really is, be interesting to see what happens to him next year. Feels like as much as we love having him around it would be great if he could find somewhere to get a run in a team. If he managed to stay fit for a prolonged amount of time, he is still a top striker. Yesterday, he showed he's still got that burst of pace too and strength.
Such a shame he is not eligible for the Europa League squad really.

Chelsea podcast but worth a listen - lots of respect from him and for a change it's not so much about how bad Chelsea were as what usually happens, this is more about how good we were.

Probably depends what happens with Kali.
I find it hard to believe that we won’t be looking to sign another during the Summer given where our focus was in January
