There was an Athletic article by Paul Taylor at the time saying that we had complied again (although it didn't officially state how).

Now there are other workarounds.

Not sure about that SM.
I was thinking more along the lines of shared scouting being dissolved (Edu) and the removal of certain board members.

It'd be ineptitude off the scale if we missed the deadline. I can't believe the Big Man would have allowed that happen. Not after what happened last season.
