Dyche In/Out

One thing to add. Succession planning for next season needs to start right now. That means looking for a new head coach to take over in the summer AND a new head of football.

Personally I would give Edu more time.

I find it funny how Edu gets blamed for everything.

Nobody mentions Wilson, Ferriera or Syrianos and the rolls they have played.

Ferriera is head of recruitment unless it is listed wrong on numerous websites and his own instagram page.

Haven't seen one person from the 'our squad is S**t' crowd have a pop at Ferrira though.

Very strange.

If you refer to my posts you will see I have frequently stated many people have made poor decisions including EM, Ferreira Syrianos coaching staff fitness staff and players.
Edu is the head of football and he carries the can same as Dyche does for on pitch performance. Edu has failed and I could list a hundred reasons why. Dyche is hanging on by his fingernails princely because there is little current alternative.

Edit. I was a bit unfair above. Whilst I don’t like Edu and think there is plenty evidence to back that up, it is a valid opinion to say he should be given more time.

Genuine question, what message?

Performance vs Arsenal and Man City was very good. They were playing for the manager and their shirt.

The problem is breaking teams down because we don’t have a clue but again Im not sure we currently have the players for it either. That isn’t defending Dyche because tactics are clearly not helping. But what message arent they getting right now?

True to an extent but against Wrexham and Thursday we were lack-lustre for large parts and what appeared to be bereft of ideas. Is this down to lack of prep, not playing for the manager, not understanding? Other things maybe?

I’d like to think it’s simply our second string aren’t up to it or can’t be bothered. McAtee, Luiz, Bakwa have hardly set the world on fire. Morato, Savona at least try but not at standard we need.

We have a decent enough squad who are underperforming  because we have a shyte coach.

We have 11 PL quality players who were here last season who are being ground into the dirt.
We have 2-3 new additions who are trying their best.
The rest of the squad are nowhere near the level.
That does not excuse what I saw last night which was an unacceptable performance from both players and coaching staff.

Exactly, I'm surprised Sniff is joining the FIFA kids saying the squad players are class and all these managers are wrong

I didn't say they are class neither did I say all these managers are wrong so we can put that to bed.

Look, 2 of the managers we have had this season were only here 5 minutes, that gets distorted.

Dyche has been here a while now so I think it's fair to judge what is happening under him.

Player's like Ndoye, McAtee, Luiz and Bakwa etc don't just become rubbish over night.

A good progressive coach (not Sean Dyche) will get those player's and our squad performing.

To be clear that is what I am saying.

It’s this thought process that lead to us appointing Ange, and that set us on a clear path to relegation.

Looking at Wet Spam 3-0 up at half time we must assume that they will go on to win and gain 3 pts on us. Turns the game against Brentford Sunday in a MUST postive result (win/draw) for SD along with another poor performance with lack of attacking play will spell curtains for him. Not sure who we turn to but any decent coach in charge of us should gain enough points to just stay up, as long as we start to have attacking intent!!!!!!!

If we're playing the blame game for this season it starts and stops with Marinakis for me. He had a good thing going but his ego has ruined it and not for the first time. Nuno will be pissing himself when he keeps them up at our expense.

Look at the fight and attacking intent their players are showing. We haven’t been that up for any game this season. Sadly, I think under Dyche we’re only heading one way

Seems like you’ve really thought this through…

It’s like leaving your wife and walking out the door not thinking where you’re gonna sleep or eat.

Username, good idea! Back on topic, BUT do you think the upper managerment at Forest have thought ANYTHING through this season? Answers on the back of a fag packet please!

We all know Nuno is a better manager than Dyche.
Therein lies the problem from this season’s history.

Don’t sack a coach unless you have a better one lined up.
That principle applies right now to Dyche too.
