Long term deal is smart by everyone at the club. Settles the players and offers stability. The flip side is compensation if it doesn’t work out, which is a risk any new manager would involve.

Everyone worrying about the summer and getting a better replacement already. There's a chance, albeit probably small that Dyche just does really well and we’re happy with him in the summer.

He's never had a squad with anywhere near this investment, the existing team suits him perfectly too, its like its tailor made for him. Lives here, Forest legends as his backroom staff, match made in heaven.

It's a S**t show of a season. I'm not excited by this appointment but if he keeps us up and actually gets us to keep a clean sheet then that will be one thing.

I have no idea what the decision making process is anymore.

Hopefully this will work.
