I know an EFL (Champ) official and was very interesting to hear what they thought of certain managers.

They defo have ones they like and dislike. Whether that creates unconscious bias is anybody’s guess

We all say and think things about other people it's impossible not to. Unconscious bias is impossible to avoid.

Which is one of the reasons we would be better off cleaning up our game and not whinging about every decision that goes against us. I find it hard to believe anyone wouldn’t have an unconscious bias if they believe someone had spat at them.

To be hones think refs have been pretty fair to us so far this season despite of all the previous. Didnt Nuno get a yellow yesterday too?
