I was thinking the same about Nuno (wrong thread) but maybe he should stay in the stands. Would he have come up with that key tweak at Leicester if he was on the touchline?

Yes. Because he still does the half time team talks. And radios down to his assistants when in the stands

This is what I meant though, he can do the team talks/radio to his assistants but you get a better view from up in the stands.

I'm sure we had a manager - it might have been wee Billy Davies- who use to spend first half up in the tiers and come down second half... or I may have completely imagined that.
 I'm sure we had one manager do that

Probably not much in the short to medium term but it's statement that's impressive in the short term.

As one of the highest rated sporting directors you've got to think it will improve both our pulling power for signing players and also contacts to provide up and coming players.
