Our Premier League home fixture against Crystal Palace has been rearranged for live television broadcast ?
We'll now face the Eagles on Monday 21st October, kick-off 8pm
And we then have Leicester away only 4 days later. Puts us at a significant disadvantage.
Is that on Friday 25th? I see the original date was Saturday 26th

8pm on Friday 25th so Sky can waffle on about “former manager Steve Cooper” endlessly.

Cheers, like you say, not long to recover after Palace.

I think it's a fair game for TV coverage, local derby and ex manager ect.
Why on earth they decided to have the palace game on the Monday night though is absolutely mind boggling.
Do the viewers really want two consecutive bottom half forest games?
And like you mentioned it really shafts us with turnaround time. They play Southampton on the Saturday. Complete joke.

It's just one of the small things they can do to take jabs at a club that dared to put their head above the parapet. The message is get back in line and don't challenge the establishment again or we can do more and worse.

Do Forest have to agree to the change? Do Sky dictate?

I fail to see the problem here.
What is wrong with playing Monday and Friday?
It's no different to playing on Saturday and Wednesday rest wise which we have done a thousand times before.

Does he understand cricket? Maybe he thinks it’s something about fireworks or maybe he thinks he is buying Joe Root?

Saw this on Twitter and noticed that MaltaRed hadn’t posted (or so I believe) for some time. Is it the same chap does anyone know:
My condolences to his family

I met MaltaRed ages ago when Billy Davis was incharge and I do believe that is him in the blue jacket. Really sad news.
