Breannan's money will already be included. That's the main reason we've gone from a 52m loss last season, to an approx 11m loss this season.
Whislt things should get better after July, we still need to make sure our wage bill continues to come down. Wages are by far the biggest reason for our troubles.

We always hear people say it's pure profit but what does the loss mean?
A loss makes the PSR position worse.
We need to turn a projected 12-17m loss into a 9m profit.
So let’s go with Percy’s 20m profit needed to hit the numbers.
Let’s just say we sold Sangare for 20m next week. His remaining cost (pre 30/6) is still at 30m
Therefore that would turn the projected 12-17m loss into a 22-27m projected loss.
Then we would need to make a 30m profit before 30/6 to hit the numbers.
Likewise we can’t really sign players on a fee until after 1/7, we really can’t sell any players to create further losses before 1/7.
I think Forest know that, They will sell players they know that will fetch them profit. Would big loan fees help us on certain players. Post 1/7 we are in a good position.
Rolling 2 yr losses will be under 33m with allowable 3yr losses of 105m
So as long as we hit the required numbers by 30/6 we can certainly get to work in a good way
So do Loan Fees help us reach the 20m target.
Not in this years numbers no.
Nobody is going to pay a loan fee before end of June

I do think we have to be realistic and anything around 50m for Murillo in June will have to be accepted.

It'll be a shame but a really good return on what we paid for him.

I agree. The not so sustainable rules means the cat is well and truly out the bag that we need to sell.
Unless we come close with other sales it's going to be a good price but not a good as we want.
The same goes with the fringe players to. Some bargains are on the horizon.

It’s a broken system, Villa having to sell Douglas Luiz, Newcastle need to sell, Leicester get promoted and will likely breach I think it’s impossible they don’t breach even with sales. Everton have to sell.

These clubs, and others, should have said something when we were charged last year. If they had said it makes no sense to enforce a hard 30June deadline then maybe the Premier league would have backed down, but now a precedent has been set and we're all f****d

Yeah but the likes of Chelsea have took advantage of a loophole in selling hotels, training grounds etc. I thought our owner would be all over that while we can. Even buying Nigel doughty academy, he could sell it if we ever move to housing companies.
Or one of his many companies sponsor the city ground. I know that has to be a market value but would go help PSR.

Ground sponsorship is a very emotive subject though. I imagine a lot of fans would be out with the pitchforks if EM did that - even if it was for the benefit of the club.

Daft thing is that the PL clubs at the time, which I believe was before we were promoted, voted in the 30 June deadline so only have themselves to blame. They were quite happy to see Everton and us picked up for it. I doubt any thought at the time of voting it in that points deductions would be a possibility and they’d just get a slap wrist but the comments of the ICs and punishments handed out to Everton and us have now set alarm bells ringing.

Think at the current time they would accept this as needs must to avoid PSR and sell best players. Fans would still call it the city ground
