Surely if Man City were to win then PSR would have to be dropped with immediate effect?

I was thinking this - It would make sense for PSR to be postponed pending review rather than force clubs to sell players at a discount to comply with a possibly illegal rule - the Premier league would be leaving themselves wide open for further court cases.

That said I hope City lose their case, and get pushed down the league pyramid.

Knowing our luck it’ll be from next season although with the rumours about so many clubs being impacted and having to sell to meet PSR this June then hopefully something happens.

Well it would just become irrelevant
Marinakis could pay 100m for his own executive box at the ground !
You could still have loss limits, but if you can artificially increase revenue, then the whole thing collapses

EM mentioned that Forest hadn’t ‘dressed’ their income to avoid FFP breaches like other clubs; and they laughed when EM said he might take the PL to Court.

Funny how things turn out….

BTW, the action is all about decimating the 115 charge case.
I agree with Simon Jordan- the 115 charges are duplicates and should have been boiled down to 10 or 15 and could have been dealt with by now. Why the PL tried with 115 is either incompetence or tactical compliance in that they knew it would take a decade to run.

The 135m proposal is expected to be voted through by the PL clubs. If it means this years as well as next years then we should be fine but if not a sale before 30th June would give us pretty much a massive budget.

You’d think though given rumours about how many other clubs are facing having to sell players by 30/6 in order to meet PSR limits that they’d be proposing it to apply for the current 3 yr period in order to avoid having to avoid selling.

Shouldn't think so as that would help the smaller clubs, not the big ones.
