Certainly didn't play like that, did themselves a solid today.

Agreed on the most part, thought it was Boly’s best game this season and nice to see him (nearly) complete the full 90.

Still two terrible goals to concede though. Someone has to take responsibility on the pitch when Neco is injured.

Nice to see that the media have given us credit for what - despite the loss - was a pretty good performance.

Oh no hang on they haven't. They're blaming us 'making the pitch dry' for Man City not playing well.

I’d love to know how you can make a pitch dry when it absolutely lashed it down for the majority of the 12 hrs leading up to the game !

Quite an impressive achievement for the ground staff, you'd have thought the pitch would be close to being waterlogged with how much rain there was.

Pep trying to protect his team. Dry pitches slow their passing game so tried to say it hindered us more than them with the finishing.

Reminds me of the story of Cloughie, when at Derby and the Baseball ground, spending all of the night before one of their European Cup matches, hosing the pitch to make it boggy and therefore harder for the foreigners to play on

For a moment I thought you were being serious. I think we will now be a pariah club for most media outlets for daring to question the integrity of the league. Because... you know... man city... 115 charges... integrity
