In the Commission report, we said we didn't think Atletico could close the deal on that day anyway as they needed to sell someone first. So negotiated upwards to try and get what they deemed his Market Value then Atletico never returned to the table. It was commented that there was no evidence we ever discussed it again with them after that day.

It's all about those promotion bonuses IMO, that's the bit that they will be appealing.

Plus the Covid Add Back that wasn't disallowed by the EFL.

The promotion bonuses being excluded would be massive obviously as it would make it much easier to survive this summer too.

Good statement that haha. Sounds like we can make a new case. About the grievances about the original hearing. Things that should have been considered more which didn't

Rob Dorsett - Forest v unlikely to get additional sanction because of appeal, so considered a free hit. Club and their lawyers are confident they have a strong case. Forest want process concluded asap for clarity for team, and other PL clubs. Appeal hearing within 3 weeks, by April 12 latest.

De Marco means business he has instructed Leicester to open legal proceedings against the PL and Forest to appeal the 4pts deduction. He will bring the whole thing crumbling down.
