It's the incompetence of officials involved it football to make a fair decision is one that still concerns me and that the prem want to fend off the independant regulator. It has backfired a bit recently with government taking Richard Masters to task. He is so arrogant that it probably in one ear and out the other.

Yep I have heard the same feedback.
I think the club feel it would be incredibly harsh to get a dedication, and it’s not just as simple as the BJ timing of the transfer.
