Bet it wouldn't be anywhere near as much if Vincent Kompany wasn't their manager. I like Kompany a lot - he was a fantastic player and from the Man City documentary a few seasons ago he seems a good bloke but I'm sure it's him that's helping Burnley be media darlings this season.

This despite that in their home games so far this season, some of their fans have:

- Booed taking the knee (despite having a manager and several players who are men of colour)
- Thrown objects at an opposition player
- Attacked an opposition team's coach

Haven't heard much mentioned about any of those incidents though.

And their team is currently P5 Pts1.

I didn't mention that as their Pts1 was from us.

since Graham Potter departed Chelsea (2 April 2023)

Played 16 Won 2 points 11

Based on the 17 Premier League teams that have been ever-present in the Premier League in this time frame ie excluding the promoted/relegated teams, Chelsea are 17th out of 17.

Bloody hell, that’s incredible given the ££ they have spent.

Surely it’s inconceivable that this continues.

They will go and get Toney in Jan and then start climbing IMO.

Tyler Adams apparently got another hamstring issue - another bullet we dodged.
