Well if they do it couldn't happen to a nicer club.

Luton might beat them to it!

They will improve but not by much and not enough. Next season may be different with better quality coming up. I can’t believe Sheffield paid money for that crap left back from Leicester though!

Heckingbottom will go back to appearing in Thunderbirds.

He may well go but I doubt even Guardiola could keep that squad up. Heckingbotham at least instils some passion in them but they have nowhere near enough quality.

They gave up. That says a lot about the manager's methods, the respect he's given by the players and how well the players were prepared for the task ahead. I think they think that they have performed well recently but been unlucky with results. The truth is they just don't have enough quality in the squad. Their only hope is to get a motivating coach in, such as a Dyche or a Warnock type who could whip them up but even then it looks bad for them as they dont have the players. I've heard Wilder mentioned. He might get a few results out of them, at least in the short term.

Don't worry Derby hold lots of Premier league records.  :sheep:

Fewest wins in a season = 1
Fewest home wins in a season = 1 (=with Sunderland)
Fewest away wins in a season = 0 (= with Leeds, Coventry, Wolves, Norwich & Hull)
Most consecutive games without a win = 32 (ongoing record should they ever get back in PL)
Most defeats in a season = 29 (=Ipswich, Sunderland, Shef Utd)
Fewest goals scored in a season = 20 (= Shef Utd)
Most goals conceded in a season = 89 (32 game season)
Worst goal difference = -69
Fewest clean sheets in a season = 3 (=Birmingham, Blackburn, Norwich)
Fewest points in a season = 11

Wonder why there wasn’t a big ruckus in the media that one of the promoted teams would sack their manager first like there was with cooper last season? Luton have been gone longer than us, is it Cus we spent and made the additions we did that they tried to make an example out of us and it backfired? I’m predominantly thinking of talksport

I think TalkSport were miffed because Jesse Lingard dared to choose us above West Ham.

Talk Shite's coverage of Forest is nothing short of Woeful. The montage they played in the build up to the Burnley game was cringe worthy - They had been going on all week about how the game shouldn't be on TV as not a big enough fixture. They then proceeded to broadcast a parody build up before the game of it being a huge game.

Knobs the lot of them.
First the points and then the pints….

Cant believe how much good press Burnley are getting this season.

Bet it wouldn't be anywhere near as much if Vincent Kompany wasn't their manager. I like Kompany a lot - he was a fantastic player and from the Man City documentary a few seasons ago he seems a good bloke but I'm sure it's him that's helping Burnley be media darlings this season.

This despite that in their home games so far this season, some of their fans have:

- Booed taking the knee (despite having a manager and several players who are men of colour)
- Thrown objects at an opposition player
- Attacked an opposition team's coach

Haven't heard much mentioned about any of those incidents though.
