Surely providing basic working hygiene facilities has to be a part of any safety certificate I would imagine? I would also imagine the club has numerous legislation it has to adhere to  all times?

You would think. But they clearly aren’t meeting those requirements.

Just to clarify, there is water in the bogs pre match so presumably for any inspection etc they would pass. But all the water has gone by half time.
Im fairly sure all public places with toilets are meant to have handwashing facilities available.

There should be no excuse in the Trent end and bridgford but clough and Taylor stands were built before everyone started washing their hands and just used their jeans. In the old Trent end you were just lucky people went for a piss near a wall and not on the terrace!
