Shoulder, that is all I know.
I do know that if he has got a Rotor Cuff injury (shoulder), that can take from 6-8 weeks for the tendon to heal to the bone. It could potentially take 4-6 months to completely heal though. I'm not saying that is the injury though, but it could well be.
If it isn't treated properly, he will suffer with it until it is operated on (I know, I have had a Rotor Cuff injury for over 30 years, but cant afford to have the time off work to get it sorted). It is bloody painful too!!

Worth noting that we had agreed a deal with Arsenal to bring in their head physio, Simon Murphy in the summer. That reportedly fell through during the uncertainty over Coopers position in September. As I understand the position of head physio has not been filled.

Physios don't cause injuries, they fix them!
Last season we had alot of luck with injuries, this season, not so much. That's basically it.

The problem is though Zico, is when the manager doesn't listen to the advice of the Physios and plays a player if he is not ready.
This is a problem my Daughter has come across at the club where she works, often ending up with the injured player coming off re-injured.
I'm not saying Cooper doesn't listen to the Physio's advice, but it could be a possibility I guess.

It would also help if we got them off the pitch straight away once they are injured instead of them being asked to continue and then aggravating the injury even more. Who's decision is that?

Bloody difficult to run off a pulled hamstring Tricks :fishing:
I can't believe that we learnt nothing from keeping Niakhate on against West Ham earlier in the season. At Villa we did it again twice with both Kouyate and Niakhate.
