Qatar 2022 & The Forest Involvement

It looks as if we will have eight player's from our current 25 man PL squad involved at the upcoming Word Cup in Qatar.

It's going to be about a six week break in the PL action which is a very long time.

I understand that Forest are looking at the possibility of getting involved in some tournaments during the break even possibly abroad in Europe. It's going to give Cooper lots of time on the training ground with the rest of the squad that are not going to Qatar and that could be a great help to us. Player's like Awoniyi, Dennis, Aurier, Boly, Biancone, Bade will hopefully really benefit from having six weeks on the training ground with Steve and his staff.

I doubt Henderson will make the final squad. Not sure on Lodi either on current form! Although I feel like Brazil's previous backup LB recently got injured so maybe.

You could well be right Wassy. Henderson looking very doubtful at the minute.

Not sure I'd back Lodi either if he can't get in the team above Toffolo. Unless maybe Toffolo would also get in the Brazil team...

Interesting that Forest players could potentially make up a quarter of the Wales starting line up!
