Evangelos Marinakis And Co
Daily Mail reckon that Murphy and Syrianos could go as well as Cooper.

The journo that wrote the article has an appalling accuracy rate of Forest stories though so may be nothing in it.

Just saw that too.

Nottingham Forest's chief exec and his recruitment team could ALL be axed after the club spent £150m on 22 players but sit BOTTOM of the league - with popular boss Steve Cooper also set to be fired
  • Nottingham Forest bought 22 new players this summer but it hasn't worked yet
  • Forest sit bottom of the Premier League table after eight matches this season
  • Scrutiny has intensified on Forest chief executive Dane Murphy, head of recruitment George Syrianos and scout Andy Scott via the club's ownership

"Former Newcastle United chief executive Lee Charnley has been helping out at Forest on a consultancy basis and he could yet come into the reckoning as a possible replacement should decisive action be taken."

What I'd give to go back to June 1st & start this whole thing again.

Wasn't Miltiadis a key part of the recruitment team? Might be an awkward conversation!  :giggle:

Oh great, slash and burn.

We had something good going on but it hasnt worked after 8 games so lets go back to chucking loads of expensive shit at a wall in the vague hope some sticks.

You let a 23 year old loose with Daddy’s platinum card and are surprised when he buys stuff you didn’t want or need.

I thought Militas was taking all the credit for the signings in the summer sniff? I suppose you cannot sack your own son though so everyone else gets the blame.

Were 8 games in, things need to calm down a bit.

Maybe we are keeping Cooper but getting rid of Dane / Syrianos / Cook and replacing them with someone more aligned to Cooper’s way of thinking?

That could be the big shift.

And might play into the narrative that we should have gone quality and familiarity over quantity??

Would put coops in a more comfortable position ???

Funny how he's the only one without an official job title as well isn't it? Almost as if it was done on purpose to avoid scrutiny if this exact scenario played out. He's the one who should be out on his arse. If Dane, Syrianos etc. lose their jobs along with Cooper then the Greeks are gonna face some extremely unhappy supporters, don't care if they're "the saviours"

So who did Milto sign then?

Nobody.

Just another easy target to take aim at.

Syrianos is head of recruitment and everything absolutely everything went through him and Cooper.

Dane was put on preparing the ground for the PL duty.
