Timeframe for new-look City Ground revealed:
council approval expected next week.
old stand pulled down at end of coming season.
replacement 'fully operational' by end of 23/24.
lower tier may be opened earlier.

You'd hope it'd be ready for that season's champions league semi final home leg...

Exciting though, finally!

The long, complicated story of #NFFC’s plans to redevelop City Ground might be getting a happy ending.

Rushcliffe Borough Council is recommending the plans are accepted at a July 28 meeting.

Wrote this in May about the club’s need for a bigger stadium

Be nice if he actually apologised for it and if he admitted that he was mainly wrong about EM.

Anyway I have moved on now, too many good things are happening but I think it's fair to say just one more thing...

Really? So when Sebastian from West Bridgford stands up and moans about not being able to park his Jag for a couple hours every other weekend we know exactly who he is? That'll be interesting.

Here's the link to Rushcliffe Borough Council's YouTube channel. Presumably the stream will be on here somewhere: https://www.youtube.com/user/RushcliffeBC

The timing of this is very bad. Less than 24 hours after Olympiakos got knocked out of the Champions League Nottingham Forest announce 100M stadium redevelopment. What can possibly go wrong?

I think I may have to move house :giggle:
