Everyone's got limits to how much money they are willing to throw into the pit I guess, 100m and we're basically in the same place at least in footballing terms.

I just hope if he can't find the investment he wants that he is still committed at least financially. Also, that in looking for a prospective buyer that we don't go down the Mad Mel route of anyone that's willing to get him out of the hole.

Personally, I would prefer him to stay and see the project through. It finally felt almost like progress appointing Dane although some other areas still clearly need work. It still feels like there just aren't enough staff employed for all the tasks that are required. Hopefully things like the seats not being clean are something that can be improved under Dane.

I know sniff easier said than done. Wrote that in the heat last night. Still desperate for EM to succeed. Somethings got to give... got to change.

But hasn't the big change already started? New CEO with new people in both scouting and recruitment. CAT 1 for the Academy and plans for a new stadium. And a manager with a very impressive CV. Not many expected CH to fail this big. This whole thing has been blown completely out of proposition with great support from DT.

I knew a fish and chips shop owner many moons ago.

He said, 'I don't expect my team to do anything that I wouldn't do myself (eg. loading up fryer, hauling the sack of potatoes etc.) and that means I'm 1st in and last out.'

We have an owner in absentia.  (I can't imagine if he was here in person or had been for the last 4 years he'd be entirely happy with what's going on.)

C'mon, Ozz'.  That's a low blow.  It doesn't stand up to scrutiny.

£100 million says he's had the best of intentions.  Blown loads of money (most of it poorly spent on so-so players.)

We have Cat 1.  We have (nearly) planning permission for a new stand.

Bar the seat cleaning issue, Forest are far stronger off the pitch.  It wasn't so long ago the City Ground was full and rocking under Sabri's 'winning' football.

He has employed Warburton, Aitor, MoN, Hughton.

The Championship is a tough nut to crack.  Just look at where Barnsley and Swansea and Reading are.  The football goddess is fickle.  Teams rise.  They fall.

For me, he's only guilty of not seeing it through with any those four (if Hughton goes.)

It was the lack of consistency and the presumption that what worked over there (and why wouldn't they think that?  They run a successful club...) would work here.

That photo doesn't get posted if the team are winning.  I bet fans all over the country have had the similar experiences.

Looking at the photo it looks like the seat was actually clean. Clearly the cleaners had no obligation to clean the terracing and so didn't do it. I recall a few years ago I sat up in the Clough Upper for a game and noticed loads of bird shit on the floor. That must've been 10 years ago maybe.
