Forest's 'young' side got street schooled by Mick's team.  Got 'old manned.'  It was predictable that they would over load the post with the subs.

Felt the keeper could have done better with one of the goals.

Perhaps not the worst.  But we don't have a new shiny striker to help tip the balance in our favour.

Great 1st half.  Great goal.  Full of promise.

2nd half, we got done in by veteran Championship tactics by Veteran Mick.

This was all so predictable. Great goal and some more hustle and bustle but second half when we got penned in we or CH had no answers. The throw in for the first goal was shocking school boy stuff. You should always mark the thrower, yet we had all 11 defending the box. I did have aome sympathy with Taylor- he was kicked and elbowed and got nothing from the ref all game- yet the ref blew every time a cardiff player suddenly had gravity increase ten fold once within 40 yards of goal. The linesman first half flagged for 2 offsides when Morrison was playing them on by at least 5 yards. Horrendous officials.
Grabban played well today as did Lowe and Yates at least played forward. Garner was anonymous as was zinkernackle. Don’t know where we go from here.

I’m probably in a minority but for 61 minutes we did ok.

I felt we had some harsh decisions against us allowing Cardiff set piece opportunities at the wrong time and confidence is clearly frail.

I can’t hide my disappointment in Samba, I have defended him but he deserves to be dropped.

Thought the back four was ok.

Not convinced with the midfield, Yates and Garner were overran when we needed them most. Not sure how Garner earned MOTM.

Anyone expecting more from Taylor or Grabban is deluded. Let’s hope that Silva really offers something different.

I should also mention Zickernagel, you could see today why Watford have let him go on loan, he was too weak in the challenge and often failed to retain the ball at key times. Needs to do better for the team.

Time to replace Samba, he used to be a lion and now he is a pussycat, no command of his area at all, been at fault for a few of the goals this season.

How many points has he cost us now?

Just not good enough.

And teams are exploiting it.

Comes from not being on the front foot.

Slight danger of reducing the average age to 23.  We did get bullied.  Seemed to be overrun in the Central Midfield area.  Very young there.

When I left the forums.  Forest were winning.  Next all hell breaks lose as Forest concede two quick goals.
