And its been like that all season - whereas opposition chasing the game always create chances, we look distinctly incapable of doing so.

Will a new manager change this - i have no idea - but what have we got to lose

This is the attitude we always take though and where does it get us? Probably here again in a year's time.

I agree - but we are seeing no progress. No green shoots. Just one defeat after another. Christ we can't even beat a derby team with only a handful of players and two oaps in the back four.

I'm not saying I can see him turning it around, just I don't expect a new bloke to do any better.

He can't do much worse

We can't hold on to games
We can't come back into games
We can't kill teams off
We can't keep clean sheets
We can barely create chances

All the new guy can do that will be worse is that we concede more goals

Forgetting all tactics, team selection stuff etc etc I'm not sure i can see Chris giving the lads a big shake, motivating them, inspiring them..... we need a bit of this. The end of the game today was so passive. His interviews are passive, we need passion! Even a bit of anger!

Time to replace Samba, he used to be a lion and now he is a pussycat, no command of his area at all, been at fault for a few of the goals this season.

Judging by the lack of comments on here we seem to have reached the stage of apathy..... that in itself is pretty concerning!

Just fed up with the rubbish being served up... Such piss poor performances and already getting left behind points wise.. I've seen nothing to suggest we will be get any better under CH.. A year in charge and everything turning to shit.. guys got to go

Its difficult - perhaps i just can't accept at this stage that this squad is as bad as it is currently performing. I cannot accept that this squad has played anywhere near its potential.

I look at squads we've had in the past that don't seem too different yet did far better - they scored some goals and won some games. I can't think this is the worse squad of players we've had in 100+ years.

And its not the opposition. I would say, barring perhaps bournemouth (maybe stoke) , none of the teams are top six.

Therefore i have to hold faint hope that a new manager gives us a new start because the current one isn't working.

I don't blame the owner, I blame the (supposedly ex)-CEO he put in charge.

If the fanbase turns I hope it's on said (supposedly ex)-CEO, and not EM.

EM is supposed to be an uncompromising winner. He surely can’t be happy…
