Brazil and co had done all the spade work for him before he officially arrived but he was still incapable of getting deals over the line even though in some cases fees were agreed. Poor negotiating skills or lack of persuasive powers I don't know.

In the end he had to go cap in hand to Vrentzos and beg for help as he was at risk of delivering nothing yesterday not to mention the previous 4 weeks. He had plenty of time.

Poor show from the CEO who is responsible for running the club on a daily bases and a bit embarrassing that he had to go begging for help to a director in Athens.

Embarrassing mate. Wool can longer be pulled, give it up, No cash at all. I've told you all summer, it rang true. We can discuss where the money was now. Oh heavily reliant on that sale that never happened.

Funny how he had no issue at Barnsley when they let him do his job. You are talking about a man that got Dike to Barnsley and you're questioning his negotiating skills. Give it a rest. Had he been given the tools and resource he would of delivered. The man is just a puppet unfortunately.

The Greeks that have allowed teams such as Barnsley, Luton, Coventry all over take us on the pitch. Coventry were league 2 when the Greeks took over. Just shows the failings. Hope they are proud of themselves with our on pitch status.

The big man will no doubt take us out of this league but it will not be the premier league.

Forest are probably going down with a fiver in the bank.

To add some context to this who were the players that were lined up?

Otherwise the only conclusion that anyone can reach is that Dane decided that they weren’t good enough and were just future bomb squad additions.

I forgot to add that Vrentzos was not expecting it either because he was on his holidays.

It’s funny how the targets that Dane had all cost significant sums of money yet what we end up with is cheap and free oly cast offs or Greek rejects again.

I’m not buying any of this.

It’s the same story told back to front.

Sniff was never going to do anything but deflect criticism away from the Greeks and I understand why.

4 years, 9 transfer windows and 5 managers and we still haven’t learnt a thing.

I’m not going to start spouting EM out. I’ll see how it pans out over the next few months but it doesn’t look good.

We have been shopping for washed up nobody's for the last 4 years so no surprise to see them rock up on a pedalo in Mablethorpe. Quite a fitting destination. Why change the habit of a lifetime.

None of its personal sniff apologies if it feels like that. You put your side across others say it as they see it. Makes for good debate in what are difficult times for us again.

You have strong opinions on our owners so why not. You try to paint pictures so why not? You blame all but Vrentzos and the owners for reasons that are unknown. I thought you liked debate and conversation so it is a forum to discuss and debate. It is not personal in the slightest as we have discussed on PMs mate. But you have strong views as much as anyone else.

If our football club communicated with us transparently we would not need to contact the club either. We have sadly lacked that for some time now.

I have to disagree here I'm afraid, to solely lay the blame at Murphy's door doesn't sit right with me. I suppose we'd have to also blame Chris Brass for not sourcing any lower league talent. He's been here for months but we haven't seen a single player come in yet he managed to work wonders at Wigan?

"Poor negotiating skills or lack of persuasive powers I don't know." He couldn't have lacked these skills at Barnsley, if he did it would suggest whoever interviewed him for the position at Forest didn't do their homework. he managed to bring Dike to little old Barnsley and we know how he well he did.

Reggie Cannon (clearly a Murphy target) started following Forest on Insta and liking tweets, this must have been close, the lad was clearly up for coming but we decide to sign Drager from, wait for it... Oly

Daniel Taylor has been onto these owners for a long time. A highly respected journalist has been warning us for a number of seasons but i guess all he has told us is unfounded and nothing more than a witch hunt?

This is not a personal attack at you but I am having a hard time defending this ownership, mistakes have clearly been made, and well before this window even opened and before Murphy got here. Dane Murphy is not to blame

We are in a very worrying position now and make no mistake are fighting to stay up.

On a side note, The two quality players we did sign (ON LOAN) in Garner and Zinckerangel both have recall options in Jan, How confident are you these two still being here till the end of the season?

I am fed up of some aiming their vitriol at me.
I don't work for NFFC.
I am just a simple fan nothing more.
Seems like I am an easy target because I have Greek family and live in Greece.
It's unfair, out of order and cowardly.
Contact the club if you are unhappy about something.
I come on here to give my opinion like everyone else but I don't spew vitriol at those who don't agree with me.
A lot of snide comments were made last night but I won't bite.
