Not sure you read what I said.

This day isn't the problem.  They could go identify someone new who is a talent and get him in.

But the issue is it shows a total lack of foresight and planning and is just a continuation of the desperate business we conduct.

Woah lads chill out... we have the best owner in the world he has done nothing wrong but make some bad signings... didn’t you know we were lucky to have him... we wouldn’t exist without him. How dare you bad mouth our saviour.

I think I’m done folks. I really don’t care about behind the scenes politics, I don’t care how old the CEO is or what nationality he is, I only care that on a Saturday afternoon we have a remote chance of scoring a few goals and a bit of excitement plus I care that when I look at the table we are not rooted to the bottom and in a relegation battle in August.
How long is it since we had any excitement at the club, we ‘nearly’ got in the playoffs one season whoopie do. How long is it since we have been to Wembley or had a good cup run.
We were told that stability behind the scenes would eventually bring us success on the pitch, seems to me it’s just brought us stagnation.
Over 50 years I’ve supported this club, sat in the same seat in the TE since it was built.Seen some legends put on the Garabaldi, always been proud to be a Red living among the Sheep, even when they were doing well I always felt we were the better club, always felt superior.
I dont feel superior now, just feel ashamed at what this once great club has become. I think this season will be my last in the TE. Looking at the transfer window I feel as though the fans have collectively been kicked in the stomach.
I think there is a storm brewing at the club, and it’s the fans who are/will end up suffering, really hope I’m overreacting to yet again a disappointing window.

There are many feeling the same. It is such a shame because this club was and could be great.

You never no though.... the signings made yesterday could turn out to be brilliant. There just feels like an air of similarity about them though... for all the targets we had, for all the lists drawn up by Gary Brazil and Co, we still end up with players with clear links to the greeks.

Nothing will change til the Greeks and Randall go.

They can dress things up how they want, tell us they're changing tact, but Vrentzos will continue to return and get his dirty fingers involved again. Sorting out deals with his agent pals behind staff's back, dictating who can and can't be picked based on his fall out with other agents.

Telling people there's money to bid on players then not following through with it.

They're taking Forest fans all over for mugs. It's not going to change.

I'm not sure this is an over reaction mate. Danes boss has a lot to answer for. I am sure an article or 2 will be written on this in the coming days and weeks, a few more will be on board with what is written this time. No hiding place at all.

Whilst Dane is reporting in to Vrentzos to sanction things, nothing will ever change unfortunately. It could of been a very different summer had he been given the tools and resource to implement the strategy he wants to, but when your boss does not buy in you can sell whatever dream you like but it is not happening.

Very poor start from Murphy.
Brazil and co had done all the spade work for him before he officially arrived but he was still incapable of getting deals over the line even though in some cases fees were agreed. Poor negotiating skills or lack of persuasive powers I don't know.

In the end he had to go cap in hand to Vrentzos and beg for help as he was at risk of delivering nothing yesterday not to mention the previous 4 weeks. He had plenty of time.

Poor show from the CEO who is responsible for running the club on a daily bases and a bit embarrassing that he had to go begging for help to a director in Athens.
