Coventry City - Nottingham Forest
Sooner had put Swan and Young Taylor on the bench

Rash challenge by Yates at the end to give the free kick away but i can put that down to tiredness.

On another day the Coventry defender doesn’t kick the turf and clears Johnson cross.

He kicked the turf when the ball.was in front of him. He was beaten vy the cross at that point.

Lack of pre season threadbare squad

I saw that two weeks ago and yet here we are

Johnson put a few more thousands on his fee, can we hold onto him?

Its not an excuse though it is reality unfortunately, I agree it is pretty frustrating because we could all see the situation developing.

But what do you want to do? Make a load of panic signings? Bring Vrentzos back?

Glen Murray in the sky studio agreed that we tired.

When we add Wozza to the side and Lolley finds his feet we'll be decent.

Coventry only had 4 pre season games as well

And Mighten better get ysed to the treatmemt he receiived today because the minute he gets away from the defender he gets hacked down.

I think we missed Soh's composure.

Losing 2 CHs affects things.

Yeah.  Mighten got a thumping today.  And Brennan was targeted too.

Hear all the comments for and against the display, either CH becomes more pro-active and in line with how the modern game is now played we shall not progress. Murphy will pull the trigger as he would not have liked the way we played 2nd half, over to you CH

Did they lose 2 CHs, main striker and lose 14+ players from their squad?

Their side have been together longer.  It showed in the 2nd half.

Pro-active?

Forest have 12 academy products in the squad.  4 in the 1st team today.  One of which assisted.  2 on the bench.  That's progressive.

But Forest need to bring in quality players in to make the squad competitive.

In that sense, Hughton's interview is on point.

We just need a bit of time.  And those signings.
