It will make it much more difficult to offload a player who’s refusing to have the vaccine too. I doubt any club would sign a player who might not be able to play due to not having a vaccine.

That’s a good point. I was more wondering if clubs would have the grounds to terminate contracts if players refused.

Last season Lyle Taylor came across as intelligent in interviews. Now......not so much.

Nah contract was signed before this was a thing, no way they could sack people. Also, it's not even mandatory by law. I don't think it's something that would come with a protected status though so I think it would be legitimate to not want to sign someone that would have more chance of missing games. Not a great career move

Clubs who have players who refuse the vaccination have no grounds to discipline players.

The PFA are being asked to get involved with players who are refusing.

Ultimately it is the players prerogative

And so it should be

Aren't they trying to put in rules that they can't play if they're not vaccinated from October? I know that was what the prem was doing

No one should be forced to take a vaccine. Never heard something so stupid in all my life!

No, because they should have the common sense, unselfishness and social conscience not to need to be forced. Unfortunately there are those without medical reasons who clearly don't care about the greater good.
