I do not think we will be paying the asking price for Daryl Dike anytime soon

Just watched interview, as if he's a CEO of a third different club at 35. I'm assuming I'm only a few years away from getting the job then!

Seems like a cool guy, good talker, lets hope he can follow it up with actions. I guess we're unlikely to see many of the fruits of his ideas for a few years but he's definitely got the tools. It does feel like a bit of a reset for the club and that with the issues that most have with the pandemic we do actually have a chance in the next few years despite the lack of parachute payments. I'm starting to get excited...

Why are you wearing a winter overcoat when it's 30 degrees

Had to be last week or the week before in one of the pictures it looks like it’s about to rain!

The only thing I'm interested in is are you going to reassure the fans that we are going to see quality players being brought to the club under his tenure and not the usual dross that we have had to endure.

His quote was the people that have the most success with recruitment are ones that stick to a strategy of type of player. Means younger rather than quality but it's an exciting strategy.

Have we made a decent return on anyone since Antonio? (Non academy that is)

Britt, Lansbury and Chema I believe. Not sure what we received from the Oly for Silva.

Oh yeah was Britt after Antonio? That was terrible business from Boro!

The others were marginal gains. Actually what did we get for Lansbury? That still feels like it was a long time ago
