I have just been on to look for a new tie to wear to my daughters graduation in November (she is a Forest fan too) and there isn't a single item on there, nor cufflinks or tie bars like they used to sell.
Unless you want to buy a replica kit, training kit or training accessories, then there is nothing else worth bothering about.
I have been unhappy with the clubs merchandise choices for many years now and it has just got worse and worse. I was optimistic when the club appointed the marketing guy, just after EM took over the reins, but I haven't seen any improvement in terms of marketing or sales from when Fawaz took over TBH. I sincerely hope this now improves
Maybe it's beacuse no one wears ties any more Tricks?

Maybe youre right Pap. I'm sure there are some who still wear them though. The club would surely still expect its staff to wear club ties to special occasions though?

Up-date, Dane Murphy has today been removed from the Barnsley website showing him as the CEO, so I assume that he will shortly be sitting in the Forest boardroom!

From Daniel Taylor on Twitter, when asked about Vrentzos being at the game on Saturday:
It’s just the handover period before Vrentzos goes back to Greece (I don’t know the date that happens but stands to reason it will be soon-ish). Murphy has already started, despite the club’s ongoing silence. All the new appointments are in and working for us.

After reading the article from last week about Murphy. It's pretty exciting stuff. Really feels like we've got someone that is able to think long term and make decisions that aren't just for the next few weeks/months.
It'll be exciting to build a young squad that can be self sustaining through sales rather than relying on the academy to keep us afloat.
I hope he takes a similar view on patience with managers.

Good first interview from him, a bit of corporate waffle in it though, he could have been talking about running a bank at some points.
His predecessor got us heading in the right direction off the pitch, big acknowledgment to him for delivering Cat 1 Academy. Dane I hope will get us there on the pitch too.

I have a question for Dane.
Why are you wearing a winter overcoat when it's 30 degrees
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.

He is hiding Daryl Dike under it.
