Again it sounds like we are doing everything we can to sort out the club away from the pitch to be able to be best placed to make improvements on the field.

Do actually feel quite bad for them! All after finishing 5th! If we finished in the playoffs I'd hope we'd be able to persuade key folk to have another crack!

My one and only concern about this guy is he doesn't stay in one place for too long.

He only retired from playing in 2015 and has been at New York Cosmos, Real Salt Lake, DC United (6 Months) then Barnsley. He is obviously ambitious and good at his job, which is great news for us, but will he be tempted away from us by another club wanting his services in the near future? We NEED stability in the backrooms as well as managerial and playing staff. 

I sincerely hope he proves my doubts wrong and I am being a drama queen, but we are talking about Forest here and if it can go wrong, it invariably usually does!

But a positive bit of news for now  :)
