Yeah, getting the commercials right.
Just wish they had same communication policy when not trying to flog kits/season tickets, or advertising their sponsors, with updates on, Stadium planning, staff announcements, like appointing Chris Brass, the chap from Stuttgart (if he has arrived), owners' thoughts on last season, what plans are going forward.
Just think how many season tickets we have sold without any of that, i think we all want to hear if this is the year, we are serious about promotion, all at least doing everything they can, sincerely to achieve it.

Ive always been critical of the lack of communications. At first it was refreshing (following the Fawaz years) but the longer it goes on, the more frustrating it gets. We dont need a running commentary, just a verbally coherant voice from the club (that isnt the manager's) who can speak to the media a few times in a season.

In other words we could do with a media friendly director of football.

They will - he is closest to his home. Always liked Lansbury and can see Luton challenging for play offs next year. Paul Hart really should have been made our technical director 4/5 years ago…
