Well the programme editor and the social media editor have both revealed today they’re leaving the club effectively from the last game are we instead getting an outside company to do this for us instead of individuals? Seems strange two members of the match day admin staff both going at the same time unless NFFC need to hire cheaper people just out of Uni? Thoughts?

Yes saw that, seems a shame thought they did social media content very well, the sort of knowing insights that only people with a Forest connection could give, examples the dig at Keith Stroud during the West Brom game last season and a couple of weeks ago during the ESL debacle the brilliant tweet from Brian “football belongs to everyone”.
Hope we dont outsource to some generic media outlet that gives nothing more than goal updates and players birthdays.

On a different topic the Fan engagement network have just published their latest survey.
We dont do too well coming in 67th place for last season, scores given for dialogue, transparency and governance however you have to become a member to see how this is put together which seems a bit odd. A lot of bigger clubs do pretty badly but it’s something that our new owners promised but never really delivered on apart from the somewhat contrived q&a session a few months ago.
Somehow Derby are up in 29th place, have a feeling they will be significantly lower for the season just gone!

The Head of Media (Ben White) left a couple of months ago as well. From what I hear, the staff churn amongst the backroom staff resembles the first team playing squad.

Sad that people are losing their jobs or choosing to leave the club, I have lost mine too.
However I think it's called restructuring and bringing the club into the modern age.

I have no idea if these departures can be put down to 'restructuring' or not but social media, PR, video on demand, instagram, youtube and all that malarky is a young mans game. It's natural that there's going to be some passing through of talent, especially as the club seem to have eventually realised that this stuff is important. And putting aside whether the club are a good employer or a bad one, I'd imagine working at any football club the working hours are long and unsociable.
I do wonder if the club are going to dispense with the matchday program though in favour of these new media. Does anyone on here ever buy a program? I havent bought one for years. Before kick off and at half time most people reach for their phones now don't they?

Perhaps you would like to make a donation towards the forums running costs then Tugger?
I renewed the server again on the 1st May for the next 12 months to keep us afloat despite losing my job.
Remember we don't have any ads on here.
Thanks to the handful of people who have donated so far. They are the ones with COYR Forum Legend under their profile pics.

@DTathletic
Some changes could be on the way for #NFFC - and this time not the manager.
Ioannis Vrentzos is considering his position as CEO. No decision yet, but possible he may return to Greece.
Vrentzos has run the club since 2017 and accepts it hasn't gone well
And in reply...
Antonis Oikonomidis

Spot on
@DTathletic
Once more
I think its fair to claim that Vrentzos time and role at Forest and Nttm (officially at least), will never be the same from now on.

A successful campaign on DT's part then!

That sounds like a sacking from the top man to me.
