Sorry but life needs to go back to normal.....If people don’t feel safe then stay at home, but let other people go about their daily lives how they want.

I agree to a certain extent but only half of the people have had the vaccine though to date. Can you imagine how many people a single infected person might spread the disease to if he/she attended a game? Bus or full car in and out of Nottingham, packed pub, drink on the concourse, the push for a piss at half time, the closely packed crowd on exit, packed pub afterwards. It's a series of events that involve people being in very close proximity. One person could potentially infect hundreds of people.

We should keep going as we are and take stock in July when things might look very different.

That’s kind of what I meant Pap....There’s absolutely no excuses to hold the country back come July once everyone has been offered the vaccine.

Wozza saying in interview Joao will be returning in summer and could be a massive player for us next season and in future, strange comments

I doubt we can take anything from these comments. He maybe just knows from Joao himself that he's not going to be signing for Almeria on a permanent. Wozza will know very little of what both the club and CH plan for Carvalho.

Spot on Pap. Even CH won't know yet what he's doing with Carvalho until he actually gets to work with him on the training pitch during pre-season. He may impress CH or he may give CH the opinion that he needs to ship him out as he wouldn't be able to use him in his plans. Plus CH will have Brennan Johnson coming back too, who I think is head and shoulders a much more adapted player to English football

Gulp, 29th April? That's early to make a decision on the safety merits of attending. I'm going to take my time and see what the general virus situation is July/August time before I commit. If that means we miss out then so be it, it's a risk I'm going to take.

Not having a go at you Pap, everyone needs to make their own decision. My take on it is that the virus situation in July /August will be more or less the same as it is now, it isnt going to simply disappear. However hopefully you will be fully vaccinated by then so your risk will be low. The choice you have is do you attend any football/ mass events again or is even a low risk something you dont want to take anymore?
Personally I would prefer to try to get on with life, will buy my ST and whatever will be. I really hope we arent still taking about reduced capacity, it simply isnt sustainable.

Exactly pal. Life goes on, we seriously need to stop the media controlling us and putting the fear of god into us.

I’ll be renewing ASAP, bring on next season when we’re all allowed back in the grounds.

The problem is it's just your take on it at the moment though isnt it Salv? I'm late forties and scheduled to only have my 2nd Jab in July so is there a chance a lot of younger people wont have had their 2nd jab by the time the season starts? Maybe, I dont know. But you're right, at some point we're going to have to accept there are risks in life, like getting the flu. The trouble is, on the 29th we're going to be no where near 'normal'.

While I'm sure the club will do everything it has to do in terms of safety, what's going to be the situation with things out of it's control such as pubs, trains, trams, busses in August? Have you ever caught the tram after a game? Sometimes you have to push yourself in it's that full. You're like sardines in there sometimes. Are the tram and train companies going to control things or is it going to be a free for all? I go with my 80yo father. It's him I'm worried about.  If I shell out £800 for two tickets and find after the first game that he's not safe (or he doesn't feel safe) in the first entire experience then will the club give me a refund or is it my financial risk to take? He cant walk far so parking up in Nottingham and walking to the ground isn't an option. Even parking on the embankment can mean a good 10/15 minute walk.

Easy to say for some. It's really tough. I want to go to the games as my Dad's realistically only got a few more seasons where he's going to be able to attend. So missing out on another year will be a blow. But I have to be responsible.

The media controlling us, give me a break, we're being controlled by an infectious new virus not the media. If anything people need the fear put into them so they actually understand the risks to themselves and others. I would prefer to trust the opinions of scientists and make a judgement from there personally. I won't be renewing next year though, live too far away to commit. Will go to some games and see how it feels I think.

Also for some people life will not go on, that is literally the issue.
