Ex-Forest academy player Matthew Bondswell has signed for Newcastle from RB Leipzig.

Be interesting to see how he does in the PL for them.

Or hopefully the Championship.

All time top scorers in a single Championship season:

1️⃣ Glenn Murray - 30
2️⃣ Teemu Pukki - 29
3️⃣ Ivan Toney - 28
➡️ Ross McCormack - 28
5️⃣ Rickie Lambert - 27
➡️ Daryl Murphy - 27
➡️ Chris Wood - 27

Just pinched this off twitter. Unbelievably we have had 3 of the top 7 on our books at some point but unfortunately we managed to get all 3 at the dog end of their careers.

I see Lyle Taylor scored twice last night for Montserrat in their 2-2 draw with Antigua, in the World Cup Qualifying - NORTH/CENTRAL AMERICA

And our manager prefers two older players to Taylor.

Are we saying the standard of football for the Montserrat (183 in the world) and Antigua (126 in the world) national teams is that of championship level then...

Nowhere near. Most of the Antigua players are local part timers. There’s one player from Millwall, which must be a bit like Ronaldo turning out for Burton Albion. Then a player from a couple of English non-league clubs.

It’s good Taylor scored a couple, but it was against a lowly ranked international team who you’d expect any Championship striker to have a field day against.

Nowhere near.

I would say somebody like Northern Ireland would maybe be championship level and they are ranked 45.

At least we can get rid of those annoying adverts that interrupt all the time and hopefully it won't keep freezing and you end up 2 mins behind play and know the result before the ref blows his whistle.

Sounds like good news Forest moving away from I Follow. No more Just Eat ads, no more Snoop Dog and terrible picture Quality (well hoping that will be improved)

I think it would be a brilliant opportunity for the club to get fans on back on side, and also get them onto the new website by offering Forest fans who register the Cardiff match for free.

That way can see what they are getting and of course, during a terrible season it would be a lovely gesture, especially as it is also Easter and if the new website is good then sure will get a lot more repeat business as the season comes to a close.

Now that would be a Good Friday.

Any chance that will happen?
