Going to be harder to defend if we were to lose all these games

Will Boxing Day be the end of CH's reign at the club if we don't start picking up points?

Well how ironic would that be.

That's why I asked TPL  ;)

We will not get out of the S**t with 0-0s we need to start scoring goals.

Totally disagree OR. Not because we dont need to score goals (clearly we do), but our complete inability to stop conceding goals (mostly sh1t goals) is killing us. A couple of clean sheets would mean the worst case scenario is a point. But over 2 games against lesser teams, you would like to think we can get at least 1 goal to give us 4 points.

A score draw against a fellow crap side is still only a point, albeit a bit more entertaining.

So long as you don't concede you have a chance. If we keep chucking in 2 or even 3 at the back, then you don't.

Agree.
Whilst our lack of goals is a real concern ( eventually 1 or 2 will go in off someone’s backside if we continue to make chances ) I’m still more worried about our inability to stop making schoolboy errors at the other end.

When you concede cheap goals it craters confidence.

Yep, I've gone 0-0 in the predictions league. Steady the ship, stop the rot. Take a small step to building confidence. A loss tonight and we're really, well, f****d.

Brentford H - draw
Sheff Wed H - win
Millwall A - draw
Brum H - win
Stoke A - draw
Preston A - lose
Millwall H - win
Boro H - draw
Cov A - win
Barnsley H - win

19 points, should have us back in midtable and we can start getting ready for next season.

Ten games is too far ahead to look to at this stage, I probably wouldn't look beyond the Preston game at the moment at which point the transfer window reopens and we can see what intent Vrentos and Marinakis have to bring in the quality to compete.

Brentford H - LOSE
Sheff Wed H - DRAW
Millwall A - DRAW
Brum H - DRAW
Stoke A - LOSE
Preston A - LOSE

I think 3 points from a possible 15 is more likely unless someone like Grabban, Knocks, Lolley or Freeman turn water into wine.

I said elsewhere that the aim needed to be seven points minimum from Sheffield Wednesday, Millwall and Birmingham.

It’s going to be tough on Saturday but a similar performance to tonight and a minimum of a point is do-able.

Nice to see we're already both wrong after two games!  :D

Really happy that half your prediction was spot on. After the early goal, I was praying for a clean sheet.
Same again Saturday....
