If any of you inhabit the other Forest forum you will be familiar with their resident Olympiakos fan. He has made an excellent post this morning about how the senior management is viewed from their perspective.
To summarise, Marinakis is tough but fair, he never created a toxic environment. A geat many ex emplyees and players speak very highly of the club and management. Mr Vrentzos is an excellent business man but for a couple of years he poked his nose in on the football side and things didnt go well, multiple departures etc. Solution employ a strong experienced director of football and instruct the CEO to do what he does best and keep away from the pitch.

We don't need a DoF, we've appointed CH as a Manager, not a coach. And Brazil is a football man who is helping with transfers anyway.
A lot of the criticisms are being addressed imo. It'll be interesting to see in January if CH tries to shift a few fringe players out. I can definitely see him wanting another striker. A big bastard, someone he can throw on at the end.

Absolutely there should be right of reply and I think that article does set out the case for the defence very nicely, even if it is a little too idealistic for me to swallow totally.
So come on own up, which one of us is Daniel Peacock?

Good question SM. It's not me but there was one or two familiar sentences in the article.
