I get excited then get brought back down to earth by palace fans saying he has no plan b, plays the same every game etc etc ha

I am excited though

After winning sweet FA in their entire history, he came in when they were a shambles and looked like getting drawn into a relegation battle with us and several others. Turned them into a team that won the FA Cup vs Man City in the final, and the UEFA Conference. Of course the club who are unjustifiably bitter at us will put a negative spin on it.

Did they actually need a plan B if that's the outcome, I'd take it.

If Glasner has signed and sealed his contract then I must say the club is doing a great job of making him feel welcomed and announcing to the Forest family and the whole world that he's our new head coach. I don't buy its because of his back room team now anymore.

So many Palace fans obsessed by the Subs reported £13m Glasner deal

When you think of the cash we’ve wasted on signings that either didn’t work out or never played for us since promotion, even IF it is £13m (which will include bonuses) it’s not that big a deal

Happy to have the head coach as our best paid staff member tbh

Is he waiting for a call from the German FA to take over their national team? I know they’ve been looking at Klopp too but there’s an open seat there still.

Romano posted he's already signed his contract. I know he's a bit of a fraud and obviously got his info about MGW wrong but I doubt he'd have posted that about Glasner without being sure.

I've seen a tweet from him it mentioned the backroom staff was all sorted as well.

Thats fair enough Sniff but hasn't the top men learnt anything on how the fans are and need some sort of security especially after all the manager/head coach merry-go-round last season and at the moment its a rudderless ship with no one leading it

The ship is still in port and has not set sail yet.

The captain and the crew will be reporting for duty shortly.

The last time an Austrian held a top position in Germany it did not work out too well

Glasner is probably still on holiday as are all the rest of the players and staff, they only finished at the end of May. He was probably looking forward to spending the summer with his family until EM started calling him 14 times a day.
