RE: NFFC Financial Talk - wassy04 - 25-03-2024 (25-03-2024, 06:12 PM)Fumanchew Wrote: I wonder why we tried to high ball athletico, and more importantly who tried to (if these comments in the report are 100% fact) when we ended up only getting 4.5m more from Tottenham. Did BJ and DJ not favour the La liga move? In the Commission report, we said we didn't think Atletico could close the deal on that day anyway as they needed to sell someone first. So negotiated upwards to try and get what they deemed his Market Value then Atletico never returned to the table. It was commented that there was no evidence we ever discussed it again with them after that day. I always thought that if the Legal Advice was right then they would appeal, Commission rejected a lot of good points made by De Marco and his team It's all about those promotion bonuses IMO, that's the bit that they will be appealing. I always thought that if the Legal Advice was right then they would appeal, Commission rejected a lot of good points made by De Marco and his team Plus the Covid Add Back that wasn't disallowed by the EFL. RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Sausage Roll - 25-03-2024 Club statement - we're appealing. About the grievances about the original hearing. Things that should have been considered more which didn't RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Widdow - 25-03-2024 (25-03-2024, 07:09 PM)Sausage Roll Wrote: Club statement - we're appealing. We haven’t been appealing for a few games now, I hope we will be against Palace RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Red Dog - 25-03-2024 Can't but think this is a massive gamble. Fingers crossed RE: NFFC Financial Talk - The reds - 25-03-2024 Rob Dorsett - Forest v unlikely to get additional sanction because of appeal, so considered a free hit. Club and their lawyers are confident they have a strong case. Forest want process concluded asap for clarity for team, and other PL clubs. Appeal hearing within 3 weeks, by April 12 latest. RE: NFFC Financial Talk - Marco Polo - 25-03-2024 One half of me wants to keep going until we bring the whole thing down RE: NFFC Financial Talk - The reds - 25-03-2024 (25-03-2024, 07:54 PM)Marco Polo Wrote: One half of me wants to keep going until we bring the whole thing down De Marco means business he has instructed Leicester to open legal proceedings against the PL and Forest to appeal the 4pts deduction. He will bring the whole thing crumbling down.
