Newcastle the only negative result for us. They look like they're on a roll now.
Yup. Would've liked them to have been stopped in their tracks. Can't see them not beating Spurs at the weekend either.

f*****g jumped up sanctimonious scouse twat!!
We are so devaluing to their success we even had the audacity to go up to their trumped up kingdom and beat them on their own turf. We are undermining them because we are the only team to have beaten them this season.
Our squad is still worth a fraction of the value of their squad. This wanker would seemingly prefer it that the big money sides have their own separate mini league and the likes of us, Fulham and Bournemouth are there to be their whipping boys.
Well I've got news for you, you moronic prick. The tide is turning and smaller less well financed sides are not relying on buying the league title, we are playing good entertaining football and are picking off points against the big spending Sky 6.
Get used to it

That is very definitely a minority view, yes he is a prat but the vast majority of scousers have a lot of respect, those of an age have fond memories of the late 70s rivalry and are pleased to have us back. To be honest most Liverpool fans like Forest a lot more than we like them!

Cuhuna picks up a 2 game suspension. v Forest and then v Bristol in the FA Cup. The good news is he'll be back for the Wolves game v Newcastle.

Speaking of scousers, I was randomly watching the end of MNF (after the darts had finished) and Carragher/Neville did a team of the first half of the year. Both had Wood as the loan striker (above Haaland and Isak), Gary also had Sels in goal although felt like a bit of a taken gesture for not picking the defenders. Carragher though picked Aina and Milenkovic and pointed out Aina would look comfortable in a Champions League team. He said that he felt they had been better than Trent and Saliba, which is probably fair. We are ultimately 2nd and we don't score tons of goals so the defence must be playing a pretty big part in it.
Side point, they did a stats based team not already named and Anderson was highlighted as the best all round midfielder statistically. Only player with a certain amount of chances created, dribbles and tackles.
It's obvious really based on where we are but we really did crush those transfers. Aina, Milenkovic, Murillo, Anderson, MGW long term, if we keep those guys we have the baseline for a top 4 team. Elanga, CHO, Danilo, Morato, even Yatesy all still have the potential to make that leap too IMO. Then you've got Wood who is playing at a top 4 level this year for however long he has left. Basically regardless of our style, this is no fluke, we've got a team here.

Since leaving manure elanga has had 20 goal involvements, which is more then any winger at manure the last 2 seasons so far

I know they’re different types of players but do you reckon they’ll try to recall JWP seeing as he’s not getting into a very good midfield currently
